1.1. United Kingdom: We deliver to all addresses within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. UK Orders:

Standard Delivery: £3.29 (Free for orders over £35)

Express Delivery: £3.99

2.2. International Orders:

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight. These will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. UK Orders:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days

Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

3.2. International Orders:

Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7-14 working days. Exact estimates will be provided at checkout.

3.3. Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to the following locations:

P.O. Boxes

Military addresses (e.g., BFPO)

Certain remote or restricted regions

6.1. Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Electro-Hi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.2. Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a note with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
